COSTA BRAVA

The Costa Brava is a tourist referent thanks to all the elements that constitute it. In this area we can enjoy frequent natural environments, culture, sport and gastronomy.

We are currently celebrating the centenary of its naming. It was in 1908 when Ferran Agulló, journalist and politician, baptized this coast as "costa brava" ("wild coast"), in opposition to the Majorcan Costa Brava. Throughout its history, and specially in the last hundred years, the Costa Brava has been cradle and residence of big artists of different disciplines. The Costa Brava has been the inspiration of an interminable list of painters, musicians, poets, writers, sculptors, actors and thinkers.
